Here’s what to expect when you order from Revogue Studio.

Delivery areas

We deliver within Nepal. Delivery availability and estimated delivery times may depend on your location and the courier’s service area.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within 2-4 business days. After dispatch, delivery is estimated to take:

Kathmandu Valley: 2-5 business days
Outside Kathmandu Valley: 4-10 business days

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Busy periods, public holidays, weather, road conditions, and courier delays may extend delivery times. We’ll contact you if we become aware of a significant delay.

Please provide a complete address and an active phone number, and make sure someone is available to receive the order. If a delivery attempt fails because the address or contact details are incomplete or no one is available, delivery may take longer. Any additional courier charge for redelivery will be confirmed with you.
