How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within 2–4 business days. After dispatch, delivery is estimated at 2–5 business days inside Kathmandu Valley and 4–10 business days outside the Valley.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Holidays, weather, road conditions, and courier delays may extend delivery times.

How much is delivery?

Delivery costs NPR 120 inside Kathmandu Valley and NPR 200 outside the Valley. We’ll confirm the applicable charge when you place your order. Delivery availability depends on your location and the courier’s service area.

Is cash on delivery available?

Please contact us before ordering to confirm whether cash on delivery is available for your location.

Can I exchange or return an item?

Contact us within 7 days of purchase to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused and unaltered, and you’ll need your receipt or order confirmation. Contact us before sending an item back. Requests are handled under our Exchange & Returns policy and applicable law. Any return or exchange delivery charges will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

How do I choose my size?

Compare a similar garment you already own with the measurements in our Size Guide or on the product page. For help, contact us with the product name and size you’re considering.

Will sold-out designs be restocked?

Our drops are limited, and sold-out designs may not return. Follow @revogue.np on Instagram for restock announcements.
